Share market update: 227 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE – Economic Times

NEW DELHI: Around 227 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Tuesday’s morning session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Aditya Birla Capital, Ahluwalia Contracts, Andhra Bank, BASF India, CARE Ratings, LT Foods, GATI and Finolex Cables.

Hindustan Composites, Graphite India, GOCL Corporation, Indian Bank and Jain Irrigation also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.

On the other hand, Aavas Financiers and Xelpmoc Design And Tech were the stocks that hit their fresh 52-week highs today.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 3.55 points up at 10,892.35 while the BSE Sensex was trading 1.55 points down at 36,393.48 .

In the Nifty 50 index, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Vedanta , JSW Steel, Tata Steel and HPCL were among the top gainers on the NSE.

However, Bharti Infratel, Infosys, HCL Tech, TCS and GAIL were among the top losers.
