HENDEL WEALTH MANAGEMENT GROUP CO-DONATES WITH THREE VILLAGE DADS FOUNDATION, PROVIDING A $10,000 CONTRIBUTION TO STONY BROOK CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
[Smithtown, NY] – Hendel Wealth Management Group recently joined together with Three Village Dads Foundation in support of Stony Brook Children’s Hospital by co-donating a $10,000 contribution. This contribution directly impacts the Child Life Services Program at the children’s hospital as well as the Foundation’s signed pledge to donate $100,000 over the next five years.
“At Hendel Wealth Management, supporting our community is a priority,” said Jeffrey Hendel, President & CEO, Hendel Wealth Management Group of Raymond James Financial Services, and member of Three Village Dads Foundation. “Being a member of Three Village Dads Foundation offered the perfect opportunity to make an even greater difference. Together, we were able to donate $10,000 in support of the extraordinary work of Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. That is something we are certainly proud to be part of.”
“The Foundation was born out of a simple community get together and has turned into an amazing group of dads who are making a real difference. One of the first organizations we donated to was the Stony Brook Children’s Hospital and the partnership has grown from there,” said David Tracy, Chairman & President, Three Village Dads Foundation. “Together, we learned about the Child Life Services Program and were so proud that our donation was part of bettering the experience for children that are hospitalized. We’ve donated more than $30,000 so far and are committed to reaching $100,000 in contributions. Jeff Hendel’s donation has certainly helped us to take another step towards reaching that goal.”
“It was a pleasure to meet the members of the Three Village Dads Foundation,” said Michael Attard, MA, CCLS, Child Life Specialist, Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. “The Foundation has made a continued commitment as a community to help brighten the lives of children and families. We are grateful to be connected to a local group of incredible dads who have made a conscious choice to support kids who struggle with hospitalization and illness. Cheers to Three Village Dads!”
