A downtown Minneapolis wealth management firm has been given the go-ahead by officials in Arden Hills to build corporate headquarters in the north metro suburb.
The Arden Hills City Council this week approved plans for Lifelong Wealth Advisors to build a single-story, 5,600-square-foot office building along with a parking lot on a .64-acre vacant outlot parcel within the Arden Plaza retail center at 1150 County Road E. The firm anticipates having 12 full-time employees in the office building.
According to its website, Lifelong Wealth Advisors has been in business since 1972. The firm’s headquarters currently are in an office tower at 701 Fourth Ave. S. in the Downtown West neighborhood of Minneapolis.
Arden Plaza has a diverse mix of businesses, including a boxing gym and artisan chocolatier, and is anchored by Frattallone’s Ace Hardware, Walgreens and Tavern Restaurant, which was built on an outlot parcel in 2018.
