DocuSign, Digital World, Zscaler, Crypto Stocks, and More Stock Market Movers Friday

Stock futures were rising to end the week as traders remained focused on monetary policy and inflation.

Futures for the  Dow Jones Industrial Average were up 0.8% and  S&P 500   futures gained 0.9%. Futures for the tech-heavy  Nasdaq Composite  were rising 1.2%.

These are some of the stocks making moves in the premarket session Friday.

DocuSign (DOCU) shares surged 16% Friday after the e-signature company reported fiscal second-quarter earnings and revenue that topped Wall Street estimates and raised its forecast for fiscal-year billings.

Zscaler (ZS) was climbing 15% after the internet security platform issued a forecast better than Wall Street estimates.

Crypto-related stocks Marathon Digital (MARA) was up 9.4% and Riot Blockchain was jumping 8.9% after Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency, rose past $20,000 on Friday.

Digital World Acquisition (DWAC), the SPAC that wants to take Donald Trump’s media company, Truth Social, public, suspended its shareholder meeting to Oct. 10, so voting on the merger could continue. Shares were rising 3.8%.

Enphase Energy (ENPH) was falling 1.1% after an analyst from Guggenheim downgraded the rating on the stock to Neutral from Buy.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (REGN) was up 0.8% after Morgan Stanley upgraded its rating on the stock to Overweight from Equal Weight. On Thursday, the pharmaceutical company announced promising results from late-stage clinical trials on eye drug medication, Eylea.
