Trump was seen arriving at Dulles International Airport in Virginia, which is located just 26 miles outside downtown the district, according to a video posted online by a freelance reporter.

The former president was documented wearing his golf shoes and a white polo, spurring rumors online that speculated the flight was unplanned and may be related to one of the federal investigations he is under.

During that speech, Trump teased launching a second reelection bid, though the former president has not made any formal announcements.
